Christmas Closing & Last Order Dates

For delivery in time for Christmas, please place your order by 12 noon on Friday the 18th of December. This will ensure that I am able to make and dispatch your order in time. I would advise ordering well before the 18th if you need your parcel in time for Christmas as, although I am dispatching parcels within 1-2 working days, Royal Mail are currently delayed with some deliveries due to covid. With this in mind it is best to get your orders in as soon as possible to ensure Christmas delivery.
Upon closing on the 18th of december I will disable the checkout (at noon) so that I'm not overwhelmed with orders upon my return and am able to keep my current dispatch time running smoothly. I will ensure that ALL orders are dispatched before I close for Christmas.
Christmas Closing Dates are as follows:
I Close on Friday the 18th Of December at Noon
I return on the 2nd of January
I would like to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful customers for another magical year at MoonChild. Your orders allow me to continue doing what I love, whilst supporting my two children, for which I am eternally grateful!
2020 has been a difficult and often scary year for us all. We all have people that we love that we are concerned for during this time. For me it's my little boy who has cystic fibrosis and as a result we have barely left the house since March. As Royal Mail collect my parcels each day and Lou is homeschooled I have been fortunate enough to be able to keep him sheilded and safe.
Running moonchild alone has meant that I have been a little delayed in replying to messages and Emails while making and dispatching your orders took priority. You have all been so understanding and wonderfully supportive about this and I thank each and every one of you for your kindness and well wishes.
I wish you and yours a Magical Yule, a Very Merry Christmas and Bright Blessings for a prosperous and healthy 2021.
Love and Bright Blessings,
Leanne xx
