INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
UPDATE FOR 2021: I have taken the decision to remove international shipping due to ongoing issues with delivery. As a small family business we have struggled to keep up with UK based orders alone this past year and will now be shipping to mainland UK only in order to keep my dispatch time of 1-2 days running smoothly.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
Upon completing your purchase you will receive an order confirmation email and/or text message (depending on the information you provided to us at check out).
When Royal Mail has collected your parcel from us you will receive a dispatch notification which will contain your shipping information including your delivery confirmation parcel number. Once you've received this notification, your parcel is now winging its way to you and will arrive at your chosen shipping speed.
You can enter your Delivery Confirmation Number in Royal Mails Track & Trace feature (linked below). Information will show once your parcel has been delivered. If you're not at home when delivery is attempted, simply enter your number into their track and trace and it will give you the option to collect your parcel from your local mail centre or re-arrange delivery at a time that suits you.

DISPATCH TIMES:
We dispatch parcels within 1-2 working days, unless otherwise stated on the notification bar at the top of each page on the website. This includes all of our handmade Jewellery. For handmade statues (such as our goddesses and angels) involving clay work, the dispatch times will be listed separately on the product page. Please understand that we are a small (two of us) family business so we are unable to offer an amazon speed service (although we do try our very best!)
PLEASE NOTE: SELECTING 24 HOUR SHIPPING DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL THE NEXT DAY. IT WILL STILL TAKE US THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME (1-2 WORKING DAYS) TO DISPATCH YOUR PARCEL.. AFTER WHICH WE WILL DISPATCH YOUR PARCEL AT YOUR CHOSEN DELIVERY SPEED. SELECTING 24 HOUR DELIVERY MEANS THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER 24 HOURS SOONER THAN YOU WOULD IF YOU HAD SELECTED 48 HOUR DELIVERY.

Royal Mail collect our parcels Monday to Friday and deliver to our customers Monday-Saturday.
