During this time, new orders cannot be placed. All existing orders were dispatched and collected by Royal Mail before closing.

Please note: It is completey normal to see no tracking updates until delivery has been made or attempted by Royal Mail as I use their delivery confirmation service to send my parcels. I cannot access any additional tracking information beyond what is shown on the Royal Mail track and trace website page. If you need further information regarding the location of a dispatched parcel, please contact Royal Mail customer service directly.
