Your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail 24 and comes with full tracking. You can expect to receive your parcel within 1-2 working days, although delays can occur during busier times.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
Upon completing your purchase you will receive an order confirmation email and/or text message (depending on the information you provided to us at check out).
When Royal Mail has collected your parcel from us you will receive a dispatch notification which will contain your shipping information including your tracking number.
You can enter your tracking number into Royal Mail's Track & Trace feature (linked below). If you're not at home when delivery is attempted, simply enter your number into their track and trace and it will give you the option to collect your parcel from your local mail centre or re-arrange delivery at a time that suits you.

DISPATCH TIMES:
We dispatch parcels within 1-2 working days, unless otherwise stated on the notification bar at the top of each page on the website. This includes all of our handmade Jewellery. For handmade statues (such as our goddesses and angels) involving clay work, the dispatch times will be listed separately on the product page. Please understand that we are a small (two of us) family business so we are unable to offer an amazon speed service... although we do try our very best! 😄
