When and How will I recieve my voucher?

You will receive your gift voucher via Email. Once you have chosen your desired gift card amount and placed your order you will receive an automated Email containing your gift voucher code so please ensure you double check your email address before placing your order.

When will my gift voucher expire?

Never. We set our gift vouchers to have no expiration date so they will always be valid whenever you wish to use them.

I have given the incorrect email address, what should I do?

Not to worry, if this happens just send us a quick email at sales@moonchild-spiritual-emporium.co.uk to let us know. We will invalidate the code sent to the incorrect Email address and send you a new one to the amended address.
