The Witchlight Necklace is an enchanting celestial piece centred around a mysterious resin orb which appears a soft, milky moon-white in ordinary daylight… but hides a secret within.
Infused with a special UV-reactive glow element, the orb absorbs energy from ultraviolet light, including natural sunlight. Once carried into darkness, that stored light is released as an ethereal violet-purple glow, creating the appearance of a tiny captured witchlight suspended at your throat.
The glowing orb is held within an ornate silver-plated spiral cage and suspended beneath a genuine Amethyst crystal bead, finished with decorative silver-plated filigree bead caps. Traditionally associated with intuition, spiritual awareness, tranquillity and protection, Amethyst beautifully complements the otherworldly nature of the Witchlight.

Unlike some glow-in-the-dark materials, the Witchlight orb is UV activated and will not charge effectively beneath ordinary household electrical lighting. For the strongest glow, simply expose the necklace to natural sunlight or another suitable UV light source before taking it into darkness. The intensity of the glow will gradually soften as the stored energy is released and can simply be recharged again.
