This blend is a combination of a delicate rooibos  with mint, chamomile, lemongrass, anise and liquorice. 

Rooibos has many valuable properties for the human body. It has no caffeine, so can be drunk even just before bedtime. Thanks to the addition of mint and chamomile, our rooibos has a beneficial effect on the stomach and digestive system.
