Inspired by the old magic of the hedge and woodland — tangled roots beneath dark earth, climbing vines reaching towards the light and the quiet persistence of nature reclaiming everything in its path — this candle carries an intention very different from frantic, fleeting fortune.

Root & Vine is made using 100% natural soy wax infused with enchanting Twilight Vine fragrance and features a wooden wick, creating a beautifully atmospheric burn. Its green wax is housed within a clear glass apothecary-style jar and topped with a natural cork lid, giving the finished candle a wonderfully rustic hedgewitch feel.

Each candle is individually witchcrafted and dressed by hand with a carefully chosen combination of crystals and botanicals.

Green Aventurine is traditionally associated with prosperity, opportunity, good fortune and growth. Often regarded as a stone of abundance, its energy beautifully embodies the unfurling vine — encouraging us to recognise new possibilities and have the confidence to grow towards them.

Citrine brings its warm, expansive energy to the blend, traditionally corresponding with abundance, success, optimism, confidence and manifestation. Where Aventurine opens the path towards growth, Citrine provides the spark to pursue it.

A fine scattering of Bay Leaf completes the spellwork, an ancient magical botanical traditionally worked with for success, prosperity, protection, manifestation and the fulfilment of wishes.

The natural cork lid is finished with a deep green wax seal impressed with a Pentacle, its details individually highlighted in gold. Jute cord around the neck completes the old-world apothecary aesthetic, alongside our ornate Root & Vine label.
